I started playing music in 1965 with a group called
"The Youngmen", an obnoxious group of eighth graders from
Lathrop Junior High. We were picked up by L.A. DJ Sam Riddle and swept off
to stardom. (in our minds of course) We were fortunate enough to play with
such acts as "The Buffalo Springfield", "The
Association", "The Temptations", "Al Wilson",
" Sonny and Cher", "Frank Zappa" and opened for
"The Four Seasons" on their very first West Coast
performances. (I love you Bob and Eddy) .... since then I've:
Currently recording a Jazz Standard CD/ writing some Gospel songs/ and
collecting old Studebaker parts for my yard. |
